All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Value mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
